# AI Visibility course

Learn to get a business named when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity. A course in the Nimblesoft Academy on Skool, with lessons and files.

Nimblesoft Academy · Course

Get named when buyers ask AI.

A course on Skool for owners and marketers. Learn how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude pick the businesses they name. Then measure where you stand and fix what is in your control.

Both Academy courses in one membership

Who would you recommend for car audio in Sofia?

Where can I buy drywall near Toronto today?

Which children's furniture store ships to Bucharest?

Best local supplier for my renovation?

Three good options. The first is

Two suppliers stand out. One is

A store buyers often mention is

For your case I would start with

Illustration. Every engine builds its answer in its own way.

Your buyers already ask.

They stopped typing three keywords. They ask a full question and get one answer with a few names in it. The course teaches you to become one of those names.

Who would you recommend?

Which one do I need for a small flat?

Is this brand any good?

What do people say about them?

Cheapest place that delivers this week?

Which is better, this or that?

Who fixes this near me?

Where do I buy this online?

Is it worth the price?

What should I check before I order?

Which store has it in stock?

Who makes the most reliable one?

What is the difference between these two?

Who do builders use around here?

Three gates. Each one is pointless without the one before.

Three of the eight modules change your website, and they go in this order. Close a gate below and watch where the answer stops.

Can a crawler get in at all?

If the bot that answers live questions can't fetch your page, nothing after this matters. It's the cheapest thing to fix, and the one most often broken without anyone noticing.

Does it understand what you are?

A page a machine can fetch but can't understand is no better than a page it never fetched. This is where your price, availability and identity become facts a machine can read.

Are you the better answer?

Your page can be reachable and readable and still not be chosen, because someone else answered the question better. This layer is the slowest, and the only one that needs writing.

The answer stops at gate

All three gates are open

The assistant can reach you, read you and choose you. From here it comes down to what others say about you, and to one fix a month.

Two jobs that are never one number.

Every prompt you track does one of two jobs. They have different goals, so you read them apart.

What failure looks like

How you fix it

Someone who already knows your name

A high score. That is the norm, not a win.

Are the facts right, is the tone confident, who stands next to you

A wrong fact or a hedge, not a low percentage

Structured data for facts, third parties for trust

Someone who has never heard of you

Zero at the start

Do you appear at all, and who appears instead

A topic at zero means a page is missing

Your own pages plus mentions on other sites

Why not one number

One brand topic at 95%

Seven discovery topics between 0% and 8%

That average describes nothing that exists. So the course reports the two columns apart.

Position 1 is not a win

In one real project the brand was named first, with a neutral tone. In the same paragraph the model warned that most reviews came from the store itself. High visibility, weak defence.

Eight modules, in the order that works.

Pick a module to see what you will be able to do and how you know you are done.

Back to the start each month

You will be able to

You know you are done when

Explain how an assistant builds an answer, and sort any prompt into one of the two jobs you are optimising for.

You have two separate prompt lists, and you can say why they are never averaged into one number.

How an AI answer is built

Ask two assistants a buyer's question and see which sources decided the answer.

The two jobs: brand defence and discovery

Sort any prompt into brand defence or discovery, and say what success looks like for each.

Access: let the machines in

Make sure every crawler that brings you citations can reach your site, and that every block you keep is one you chose on purpose. Then check that your key pages are in Google's and Bing's index.

Every live-answer agent and index builder shows Allowed. Your key pages return 200 with visible text to a bot. Search Console shows your key pages on Google.

Are the bots allowed in?

Check your robots.txt with a free checker, compare the result with the raw file, and sort every block by its purpose.

The blockers a browser hides

Fetch your own pages as a bot and find out whether a firewall or JavaScript is hiding your content.

Are your pages in the index?

Connect Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, check that your key pages are in both indexes, and tell Bing about new pages fast.

Structured data: tell the machine what you are

Describe your brand, your products and your top questions in machine-readable form, so the model quotes facts instead of guessing at them.

Organization and one Product pass the Rich Results Test, and one FAQPage passes the Schema.org validator, all with no errors.

Organization: your company record

Publish a complete Organization record with sameAs in the plugin that already writes it, then confirm it in the page source and in a validator.

Product: so the product itself gets quoted

Check or publish Product markup with price, currency, availability and brand, and confirm the validator reads the same price the page shows.

FAQ: answers the model can quote directly

Publish five FAQ pairs whose questions match the buyer questions on your lists word for word, and validate them.

Choosing what to track

Build a frozen prompt set, split by job, that you can still compare with itself in six months.

About forty prompts across eight topics, dated, split into defence and discovery, with your competitors named.

Building the two lists

Write eight topics for your business and label each one as defence or discovery.

Deriving the prompts, then freezing them

Derive about five prompts per topic from real business context, then freeze the set with today's date.

Run a live baseline that refreshes daily, and read brand defence and discovery separately.

The project has completed its first daily crawl. You have written down three wrong facts or hedges, and three discovery targets.

Setting up the project

Set up a project with a crawl size you can predict, and know when its results refresh.

Separate wrong facts from hedges in your branded answers, and send each one to the place that fixes it.

Name who currently owns your weakest topic, and which third-party sources decided it.

Give each kind of buyer question a page on your site that answers it: product pages, category pages, and articles and comparisons for the questions buyers ask before they choose.

One product page and one category page rebuilt to answer, one answer-first article and one comparison page, all live.

Product pages that answer

Rebuild one product page so an assistant can quote its price, stock, specs and use without guessing.

Category and shop pages

Rebuild one category page so it answers which one do I need, and where do I get it, before the product grid.

Publish one article that answers a question buyers ask before they choose, with the answer in its first sixty words and every claim backed.

Publish a comparison page that names real alternatives and admits where you lose.

What others say about you

Get named on the sites assistants read about your category, such as review platforms, directories, forums and videos, honestly and under your own name.

One review channel claimed and filled, and one honest reply or video where your buyers already ask.

The trust you do not own

Open one real review channel and approach one third-party list or forum in your niche.

Find the threads and videos assistants cite for your questions, and show up there honestly under your own name.

Turn the work into a monthly habit with numbers attached. Log how often assistants name you and what visits, leads and orders they send.

A recurring reminder, a logged baseline and one named fix chosen for next month. Last month's AI visits, leads and orders are written down, even if they are zero.

Read a month of daily crawls as a trend and pick one fix for next month.

What AI sends you

Count the visits, leads and orders that AI assistants sent you last month, and log them next to your visibility numbers.

A course, and a real case study

One real business, start to finish.

Every example and screenshot in the lessons comes from one real client project, a building materials supplier in the Greater Toronto Area. You see what we changed on its site and what the AI answers did next.

The block a browser hides

From lesson 2.2. The site looked fine in a browser. Perplexity did not name the business.

Perplexity: the same question, and the business is not in it

200 in the browser, 403 to PerplexityBot

Cloudflare's own count: every PerplexityBot request refused

The fix: Training switched from Disallow to Allow

The same fetch after the change: PerplexityBot gets 200

The morning after: the first allowed requests

The setup in the examples

The website. Every fix goes through a plugin, so nothing is coded by hand.

The product catalogue. It writes the product data you check in lesson 3.2.

It edits robots.txt and writes the company record from lesson 3.1.

Its AI Crawl Control shows which AI bots visit and lets you allow or block each one.

Your setup can be different. The ideas and the checks are the same on any platform. Only the clicks change. On Shopify we recommend the Smart SEO app.

The tracking tool we use in the course

Echod is the AI visibility tracker we use. We use it in the course because it asks the assistants your frozen prompts every 24 hours. It records who they name, where you stand and which sources they read. You see it used from module 5.

The course teaches the method, not one tool. Any daily tracker that asks the same assistants works the same way.

Example of what a daily tracker shows. A sample brand, not real data, and not Echod's own screen.

The course comes with its own workbook.

Every member gets one offline HTML file. It walks you through the course step by step and keeps your progress. It holds the worksheets, the ready prompts, the self-checks and your printable plan. Its AI tutor mode lets you learn with ChatGPT or Claude.

And people, not only a file.

In Skool and in the Academy we help you personally. Post the step where you are stuck.

The start page. Your progress sits on the left, and three numbered steps take you to lesson 1.

Every lesson runs in the same order: the goal, the idea, a real example, the walkthrough, today's task and the check.

Worksheets open inside the file. You type straight into the table, and Download gives you the filled copy.

Ready prompts sit next to the task. Fill in your business once, and the blanks fill themselves in.

The AI tutor. Get one file, attach it in ChatGPT or Claude, and learn one step at a time. Then paste its update back here.

Your plan builds itself from your own work. Print it, save it as a PDF or download it for your developer.

Point to look closer

Is this course for you?

A good fit if

You run or market a business with a website you can edit.

You want to know whether AI assistants name you, and why they do or don't.

You prefer clear steps to theory. Every lesson ends with a task and a check.

You work on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify or anything else. Only the clicks change.

Not for you if

You want a promised placement. The course gives you a way to measure and the fixes in your control, never a promise.

You want to write code. Fixes go through plugins and settings, never JSON by hand.

You want it done for you. Then our AI Visibility service is the better fit.

How to take it.

Take the modules in order. The layers depend on each other, and skipping one wastes the next.

Do one lesson and its task on the same day. The tasks are the course.

Don't change anything before the Day 0 baseline in module 1. It is the only clean comparison you will ever get.

After that, make one fix per month. Four half-finished changes give you a flat line and teach you nothing.
